The CNC Rotary head spindle, unlike fourth- and fifth-axis table, does not require special consideration of geometric accuracy across multiple orientations. However, since it is used in high-speed rotation conditions, the precision in a single axis is an entirely different level of importance. Any slight geometric error can affect high-speed performance, generate excessive heat, and require additional cooling to prolong the lifespan of the spindle. Therefore, enhancing precision in manufacturing not only improves operational efficiency but also significantly reduces the overall energy consumption of the product.
Howway Precision Tech utilizes the Mazak HCN-6800 horizontal machining center for processing. Through customized clamping fixtures, we ensure that the workpiece does not deform during processing, and allows operators to locate the workpiece quickly, and also maintains an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Boring operations are also conducted using Howway self-designed boring head to ensure the roundness of the holes. Additionally, intelligent CNC programming allows production line crew to make timely coaxiality adjustments.
