Injection molding machines are widely used in the plastic manufacturing industry, playing a crucial role in the mass production of plastic products. Given the high production volumes—often in the tens of thousands—the precision of the mold-opening mechanism becomes critically important. To maximize the machine's operational lifespan, the mechanism must maintain excellent parallelism, verticality, and concentricity.
Howway Precision Tech utilizes the Mazak FH-8800 horizontal machining center for processing. Through customized clamping fixtures, we ensure that the workpiece does not deform during processing, and allows operators to locate the workpiece quickly, and also maintains an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Boring operations are also conducted using Howway self-designed boring head to ensure the roundness of the holes. Additionally, intelligent CNC programming allows production line crew to make timely coaxiality adjustments.
