A five-axis CNC index table must consider the geometric accuracy of six orientations in three-dimensional space. The finished product must achieve mutual parallelism and perpendicularity on three orientations, and the opposing boreholes must be concentric. This ensures that during the assembly stage, assembly efficiency is improved without massive effort for manual adjustments to achieve perfect accuracy.
Howway Precision Tech applied the Mazak HCN-6800 horizontal machining center for manufacture. With customized clamping fixtures, we ensure that the workpiece does not deform during manufacture process and easy for operators to workpiece change. For fine boring tool, we use Howway self-designed boring head, making sure the axial accuracy is enough decent.
