In addition to the precision of the spindle direction, CNC precision tooling holders must meet specific geometric accuracy requirements across six spatial orientations. Since they are used in high-speed operations, they must also seamlessly integrate with the connection points of the main machine. Any minor geometric error can impact high-speed performance, generate excessive heat or abnormal noise, and lead to tool damage. Through customized clamping fixtures, we ensure that the workpiece does not deform during processing, is quickly positioned, and maintains an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Boring operations are also conducted using Howway self-designed boring head to ensure hole dimension does not exceed it tolerance. Additionally, intelligent CNC programming enables operators to make real-time coaxiality adjustments, ensuring production quality.
